2005-Present Updated Business Plan to include creating and offering tools and training as a framework for defining quality standards in assisted living homes.
2003-2005 Expanded services to include risk management consultation for licensed Adult Foster Care homes, Homes for the Aged and unlicensed homes through HCRMS/ Health Cap as a part of ongoing efforts to help providers reduce costs by utilizing quality initiatives.
1999-2004 Contracted to provide on-going management services and implement a wholistic model of assisted living including "Aging in Place" as Administrator of Rose Garden Homes, a 46 bed licensed Home for the Aged in Grandville, MI.
1998 Expanded client base to include newly developing and existing Homes for the Aged.
1997 Corporate name changed to Elder Care Management Consultants, P.C to reflect new mission and focus of the business of partnering with assisted living homes on such projects as achieving compliance with regulatory standards, implementing quality improvement strategies and developing new programs.

Corporate business plan completed through Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW).

1996 Contracted as first Homes for the Aged Monitor approved by the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services. Assisted four free-standing Homes for the Aged in developing and implementing Plans of Correction in order to achieve regulatory compliance.
1991 Marsha Harrison, RN, P.C. - Professional corporation formed to assist home health agencies, hospices, and health departments with quality assurance projects and new program development.
